a lack of basic services, lack of food and water by those not near FOBs, or a lack of basic combat equipment (night vision
goggles, boots, armor, armored vehicles, guns, ammo, etc.) when you were in Iraq or Afghanistan? If so, let us know where
you were based and when you were in Iraq or Afghanistan. We plan to use these stories, along with documentation, to figure
out where the money is or is not going to help the troops.
